Really good Culinary Experience

During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the dining options available. The quality and variety at the Hacienda and Tekal show kitchens exceeded my expectations as a discerning food lover. Each meal was a good surprise, showcasing creativity and really good ingredient quality. Marbella, a gifted hostess, welcomed us every morning with a smile, making breakfast a joy to start the day. Highly recommend the Brazilian restaurant; I regretted not finding it sooner!

Fantastic Kids Club

We traveled with our 6-year-old, who spent almost every day at the Mini-Club, run by the wonderful team of Brenda, Ariadna, and Mayku. They provided a range of activities that kept my daughter fully engaged and happy. It was such a relief for my partner and me to have that time for ourselves knowing she was in great hands. We'll always remember their effort to make every child feel special!

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

Impressive Evening Shows

The entertainment each night at the resort was a highlight of our stay. I had a lovely vacation with beautiful resort amenities and a fantastic team who made my child's birthday very special. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues in the room and the beach conditions weren't ideal due to sargassum. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience with some minor misses that didn't overshadow the positives.

I had a wonderful time at this resort, overall it was a great vacation. The location was fantastic, nestled within a beautiful area filled with greenery, and the entertainment options were top-notch.
